How does it work?
The service is hosted either on Gispo’s or the customer’s server. We take care of the service’s security updates and background software version updates for a fixed monthly price. We keep a log on the actions we have done. We organize a situation review every six months, where we go over the version control situation of the service, the documentation and other possible issues related to the service with the customer.
